Phoenix Fashion Week Revealed Capsule Collections from 13 Emerging Designers

Phoenix Fashion Week hosted the Shop Garment District event this past Friday, August 14th at the stylish Hotel Palomar in downtown Phoenix.
This event featured the capsule collections for 13 Emerging Designers before they debut on the runway in October, along with Top 40 Models competing in their Runway Challenge, guests shopping the designers straight from the runway at pop-up shops, and more.
