It was a glamorous soiree at Dublin Square, Phoenix Marketcity Kurla where crème de la crème of the fashion industry, Ujjwala Raut, Urvashi Sharma, Sucheta Sharma, Munisha Khatwani, Kavita Kharayat, Sandhya Shetty, Purva Rana, Natasha Suri and more came together to launch ‘Glam Icon 2015’.

Glam Icon 2015, an annual property of Phoenix Marketcity aims to provide a platform to youngsters to hone their talent in the field of fashion. With an expert panel in place, ideal grooming and training, participants have the opportunity to learn from the masters and make a mark for themselves in the fashion industry.

The gorgeous models were seen encouraging the talented participants while indulging in contemporary renditions of European cuisine at 212 All Day Cafe; wherein global favourites are infused with fresh local and seasonal ingredients. A great selection of beers, wines, fresh cocktails, margaritas and spirits, the new 212 All Day Cafe is an ideal place for a laid back’ beer lunch, a get together after work or for a relaxed evening of jazz, sangrias and canapés.

The registration for the glamorous, month-long celebration is open from 17th October 2015 – 4th November 2015. For registrations, one can visit the mall and get a personalized photo clicked. Participants will be shortlisted post the auditions. 30 finalists will then be selected through a voting process who will be trained through various grooming sessions.

The winners of the Glam Icon 2015 will be announced on 22nd November 2015. Winners will be awarded an annual contract with TOABH modelling agency, tie up with stylist Kavita Kharayat, a free International trip and a portfolio shoot by Kaustubh Kamble.
