The Veere Di Wedding actress, who recently got married to boyfriend Anand Ahuja in a big-fat sikh wedding is making news since her marriage for different reasons. This time, the actress has been a victim of trolls on social media for wearing her Mangalsutra around her wrist while promoting her upcoming film Veere Di Wedding.

Some Twitter users accused the actress for mixing western culter with India culture and tries trolling her in different ways. Some of tweets are:

"Mangalsutra is not compulsion but it is love by wife for her husband. And it should always be nearby heart for which it is weared [sic] in neck. This bollywood is declining our culture day by day as they grow up in foreign. So they are mixture of indian+foreign," a Twitter user poster on the micro blogging site.

"It should be commented when our culture will be challenged everytime. This personal and independent culture is what ? Independence from whom, from ur parents or siblings. This is western culture which cant be tolerated. This indepenence word will destroy our life," it further added.

"Tomorrow she will wear it on her ankle. Wo bhi fashion ho jayega. All are filmstars are crap. We give them undue importance," another user posted.

The actress was earlier trolled for changing her last name to Ahuja shortly post wedding.
